Class and grade pages

Besides the event page and each student's page, every class and every grade has a public page of its own. It's a great way for a teacher to see how the class is doing, and to cheer it on.

What's on the page

  • A shared goal: the total of the personal goals of every active student in the class or grade, with a progress bar toward it.
  • How much they've raised together, and how many students have reached their own goal.
  • Every student, with their goal and what they've raised, each linking to their own page.
  • The latest donations to the class's or grade's students.
  • On a grade page, class standings for the classes in that grade.

There's no separate donate button for a class: gifts go to a student, and count toward the student, their class, their grade and the event. Names appear as your event's privacy setting allows, and, like students' pages, these pages are kept out of search engines.

Finding the links

  • Classes: on the event's Classes page, use the link icon in the Page column, or Class Page when editing a class.
  • Grades: on the Grades page, the link icon opens the grade's page in the event the menu is showing.
  • On the event page, each class in Class standings links to its page.

The links look like funrunfundraiser.com/lincoln-elementary/spring-fun-run-2027/class/ms-johnson and .../grade/3rd-grade. A class keeps its link if you rename it, so links already shared keep working.

Tip: Send each teacher their class page. It's an easy way for them to share progress with families and celebrate as the class gets close to its goal.
